Items in stock are usually despatched within 7-10 working days from the date of purchase unless Express Delivery or Special Delivery has been purchased.
We will not refund you or accept a return if an item is considered to have arrived late unless you pay for guaranteed Special Delivery. All orders that do not include either Express Delivery or Special Delivery can take up to 28 days to arrive.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, we will be more than happy to offer you a full refund (including delivery costs) or a replacement. Buyers must contact us within 7 days after receiving the goods.
Wrong Size or Unwanted items
If you wish to return an item because you have ordered the wrong size or simply do not want the item, then we will offer you an exchange. Buyers must contact us within 7 days after receiving the goods.
* We will not accept returns if the items have visible signs of use ie: has been worn or washed
* Buyers must contact us via email regarding all returns ans await approval from us
* Returns must be received by us within 28 days after the buyer has contacted us regarding the return
* All items returned must be in original condition/packaging and include a print of approval email from us.
* Orders returned for exchange will incur a re-delivery charge
* Refunds will only be given on items that are deemed faulty. If the wrong size/colour has been ordered, then we will offer an exchange or credit note.
